Support that meets you where you’re at.

Our Services

We believe healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it happens in real life.

At Fresh Perspectives Collaborative, we meet you where you are, bringing support directly into your everyday environment. Whether you're navigating an eating disorder, mental health challenges, or feeling stuck in life, we look at the whole person—not just the problem.

Our work is rooted in connection, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we explore patterns, build awareness, and develop practical tools that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

We integrate:

● Eating disorder recovery support

● Mental and emotional wellness

● Life coaching focused on real-world change

Our goal is to help you not only feel better—but function better, live more freely, and reconnect with yourself.

“Monica is the secret sauce to an excellent multidisciplinary team. There are things that only Monica can do. Her ability to really see the client and family through a specialized lens of healing their relationship with food is exceptional. The way she is able to not only support the client but their loved ones as well comes from years of “in the trenches” experience. Her unique lens and attention to detail allow her to deliver an effective, tailored approach that is loving, compassionate, supportive, and impactful. I truly love working with her and sharing cases—her insight consistently adds depth, clarity, and care in a way that elevates the entire team.”

Why Coaching Matters

Research shows the first year after treatment is the most vulnerable in recovery, with relapse risk remaining elevated for up to two years—often due to gaps in structure, accountability, self-compassion, and support. Coaching helps bridge this gap by reinforcing skills, providing real-life support, and building sustainable routines for daily living.
